ANS: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Personalized or customized handbags are not eligible for returns.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

If it has already been shipped, you may return the incorrect item within 30 days. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, as per our Return Policy.
Q.7 What if my order arrives damaged?

Visible Damage: Reject the package and inform the courier.
Discovered Later: Contact us within 48 hours at support@elegants.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the product and packaging.
We will provide a resolution, including a replacement or refund. If needed, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item.
